Bootymats respect the environmental and labour standards, using raw materials and energy sources in the most efficient way. We manufacture open cell natural rubber using an exclusive vulcanisation process. The result is one of the most natural mats in the market; in addition to
its biodegradability, it does not contain dangerous plasticizers or phthalates, heavy metals, PVC, chemical agents, allergens or pollutants.
Sweat
The maximum breathability of natural rubber improve sweat absorption
and prevents slipping. For high intensity practices (Bikram Yoga) we recommend using a yoga towel.
Cleaning
We recommend cleaning the mat regularly with a microfiber cloth. For
further disinfection you can use a bleach-free disinfectant applied to the cloth. If you want a deeper cleaning, wash with water in the shower with mild soap and let it dry. Do not use oils, solvents or strong abrasives.
